BURN BAN LIFTED AS OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2025

BURN BAN LIFTED AS OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2025, BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.  GOLDEN VALLEY CITIZENS ARE NOW ALLOWED TO REQUEST BURN PERMITS AND HAVE RECREATIONAL FIRES WITH ALL PROPER REQUIREMENTS TAKING PLACE IN ORDER TO BE PERMITTED.

 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Golden Valley Fire District and to the general public.
